Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away and a shipping notification with tracking once your package is on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery windows:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing may extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. If the address is incorrect and the order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately so we can try to update it. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. Brandy Journey is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may also cause delays.
